The Lexa™ Lift
One of the advantages of the LexaTM lifts is
that is comes standard with a Patient Positioner, which is designed to
reposition the users while being lifted. From lying down to sitting up and
vice-versa, the 24-volt battery powered Patient Positioner works by the
simple push of a button. |

|
Another feature of
the LexaTM lift is that the base legs can be widened to straddle
wheelchairs, toilets or other seats as well as increase the stability of the
lift for safer and easier use. The electronic hand control that comes
standard on all Horcher makes lifting and
repositioning a safe and easy task.
Although there is
a sling designed especially for the LexaTM lift, various style
Horcher slings can be used. Our spreader bar designs
provide for constant stability virtually eliminating sway while the smooth
rolling double caster wheels promote safe and easy movement. Using the LexaTM
lift creates feelings of security about the lifting and transferring
process. We have separate pages describing slings
and accessories.

The Motorized LexaTM - along with all
of the features of the LexaTM Standard, this LexaTM
comes with electric base leg spreading capabilities. With the push of a
button, the legs on the Motorized LexaTM will spread to the
desired width. The
LexaTM 600 - is especially designed for those who weigh
between 350-600lbs. Along with its "V-Spreader Bar" it provides an
excellent means for lifting and transferring users from one place to
another. |
