A student, teacher, faculty member or administrator at an accredited public or private K-12 institution, college, university or vocational school.  School districts, boards of education and other administrative offices of accredited institutions are also included.

1. If your ship to address is clearly a verifiable educational campus/school/office/entity, then no further proof is required.  A .edu email address also adds verification. 
   Example:  Ship to: "John Doe", XYZ Department, University of ABC..."
              or Ship to:  "Betty Jones", ABC County Schools..." 
2. Otherwise, please fax/provide proof of eligibility:

   	Students:  Fax your student ID (PREFERRED), current period class schedule, report card (K-12 only) or other written proof of enrollment/registration
   	Faculty-Teachers:  Fax your Faculty ID (PREFERRED), copy of pay stub (mark through private info such as pay amount and social security number) or other written proof of employment.
   	Administrators/other educational entities:  Fax/email purchase order or other written order with  confirmation of school status.  Can also purchase with educational organization purchasing card.

   NOTES:

   	We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion.
   	All IDs or other documentation must be currently valid or be accompanied by other documentation stating you are currently enrolled.
   	If you do not qualify based of rule one above (re: Ship to Address), please PROACTIVELY send your proof of eligibility to us.  We can/will NOT ship your order without it.

NaturallySpeaking GOVERNMENT Discount - Do you qualify?  Eligibility Rules

Purchasing the product for use at a federal, state or local government entity OR a US military facility.

1. If your ship to address is clearly a verifiable government office/agency/entity or military base, then no further proof is required.    A .gov or .mil email address also adds verification. 
   Example:  Ship to: "John Doe", United States Department of XYZ..."
              or Ship to:  "Betty Jones", City of ABC..." 
2. Otherwise, please fax/provide proof of eligibility:

   Fax/email purchase order or other written order confirmation showing that government entity is purchaser.   Can also purchase with government purchasing card.

NaturallySpeaking NON-PROFIT Discount - Do you qualify?  Eligibility Rules

Purchasing the product for use at a non-profit, tax-exempt or charitable organization where  these organizations are defined as corporations, and any community chest, fund, or foundation, organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable,  testing for public safety, or to foster national or international amateur sports competition, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting, to influence legislation and which does not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office.

1. If your ship to address is clearly a verifiable tax-exempt/nonprofit organization that is widely known, then no further proof is required.    A .org email address also adds verification. 
   Example:  Ship to: "John Doe", United Way..."
              or Ship to:  "Betty Jones", American Red Cross..." 
2. Otherwise, please fax/provide proof of eligibility:

   Fax/email purchase order or other written order confirmation and documentation verifying organization's status as a tax-exempt charity or nonprofit organization (such as a faxed copy of the organization's 501(c)(3) determination letter).
