Vocabulary Optimization To enhance Dragon's world-class vocabularies, Dragon NaturallySpeaking users can easily customize these vocabularies on-the-fly or by allowing Dragon to import a list or analyze your documents to find/add new words, specialized terms, acronyms, and proper names.   Users can use Dragon's vocabulary optimization routines to instantly analyze sentence structure and word use frequency in previously created documents.   Dragon then automatically adjusts the recognition engine to match the user's unique writing patterns, thereby further increasing accuracy.

Create custom voice commands (macros) to insert boilerplate, launch applications, fill-in forms or perform complex tasks. Special Capability for the commands you create: DragonTemplates" with Fields      - New in V10! Easily add fields to your commands with the new "Variable" button in the MyCommands Editor.  Navigate to your fields easily by voice to enter text into the field or accept the field's default value that you provided when you created the original command.

Examples of custom macros that can be created:

	You say: "Open Time and Billing" Resulting action:  Dragon NaturallySpeaking Legal opens up a standard form for services. You say "Carlisle Mortgage" and the client information in filled in. Say "three hours" and dictate the specific information.
	You select text and say: "Open Employee Agreement" Resulting action:  Dragon NaturallySpeaking Legal opens the standard insurance letter and prompts you with "employee name" and "company".
	You select text and say: "Open Client Record Bill Smith" Resulting action:  Dragon NaturallySpeaking Legal Solution opens up a "new client record" for "Bill Smith" and prompts you in filling in the form.
	You say: "Send Referral Letter to Fred Attorney" Resulting action: Your standard organizational letterhead with "referral" letter text is automatically opened, "Fred Attorney" is inserted into its proper locations in the letter and your cursor is positioned in the next field so that you can dictate data about the client you are referring.
	You say: "Fax to Mary Attorney" Resulting action: Your current document is "printed" to your fax software, "Mary Attorney" is entered into the fax "To" field, Mary's fax number is retrieved from a database or within your command and the fax is started.

Who creates the commands?  Dragon NaturallySpeaking Legal includes thousands of commands for commonly used tasks and provides the additional ability to create custom voice commands.  The dictator, an organizational staff person, or your Certified Partner, IMAGE Management, can create your macros. 	Additional Processor Requirement: SSE2 Support To improve the recognition speed by reducing computation time and latency, Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 was designed to use SSE2 technology.  SSE2 is supported by almost all processors sold since 2006, but some systems that meet the processor speed requirement do not support SSE2.  Click here for info about a freeware utility that can tell you if your processor supports SSE2.

	Certified Microphone.  A Nuance-approved, noise-canceling headset microphone is included with each full copy of NaturallySpeaking but user may desire different style/connectivity microphones or extra microphones for use with additional PCs.  An UPGRADE does not include a microphone, because it is assumed the dictator is using the microphone from their original purchase.  Other/additional microphone options are available.
	Attaching a recorder (purchased separately) will require a port (USB, serial, etc. depending on the model.)
