Help Finding Products
Products are located under these two main top-level categories or can be located by brand:
- Technology products (Speech Recognition, Dictation, Recorders, Mics, Software, Automation, SmartPens, Keyboards, etc.)
- Accessibility products (Ceiling Lifts, Rolling Lifts, Stair Lifts, bath chairs, door openers, construction for access, etc.)
- Brands - list of brands
Click one of these two top-level categories or the brand list and then look for product subcategories to further narrow your search.
Notice the website SEARCH at the top of each screen.
When you are looking at your search results, you can choose "Show Search Form" and refine your search based on keyword, brand, category, price range, etc.
Notice "Sort by" filter on product pages.
When you are on a screen that shows products, the screen will have additional "sort by" drop-down, where you can "Sort by" featured items, newest items, best-selling, A-Z, Z-A, by review, Price:Ascending, Price:Descending.

What you see can be affected by your platform.
Our web site is developed with mobile access in mind and best practices for screens of all sizes -- from full desktops to smartphones. Our site design is responsive and will morph based on your platform. What does this mean for you, the site visitor? You will have access to the full contents of our web site. As is the norm with "responsive" web site designs where the screens size themselves for each device, menus and other items may be in slightly different places.
Top-Level Main Site Navigation Bar:
Look for and click on these top-level navigation bar choices:
Home, Contact Us, Technology products, Accessibility products, Support, Blogs, About Us.
Products are located under these two main top-level categories:
- Technology products (Speech Recognition, Dictation, Recorders, Mics, Software, Automation, SmartPens, Keyboards, etc.)
- Accessibility products (Ceiling Lifts, Rolling Lifts, Stair Lifts, bath chairs, door openers, construction for access, etc.)
The About Us page contains links to company info, order tracking/processing info, shipping/purchasing/returns policies, etc.
Product Subcategories under the Technology products or Accessibility products top-level categories:
Click your top-level choice and then look for product subcategories to further narrow your search.
Breadcrumb trail/path:
You will always see a path (aka breadcrumb trail) just above the product name/picture showing you where you are in our web site. The steps in this path are click-able links as well.
Example: "Home / Technology / Speech Rec & Dictation / Dragon® Speech Recognition"
Look for Top-of-Screen links to:
Search, Gift Certificates, Login or Signup, Cart
When logged in, these links change to Search, Gift Certificates, Account, Logout, Cart
Looking for your account, shopping cart, order history, etc.?
You can view your cart, check your account, etc. using the Account menu linked in the upper right corner of the screen.
You must be logged into the website to see your Account. Click Login or Signup if needed.
Look for bottom-of-screen links to:
Navigation pages, product categories, brands we offer, a newsletter subscription signup page.

To return to our home page
Click our logo or click the word "Home" in the "bread-crumb" trail/path above each page's name.
Finding links
Most web site links will show in contrasting colors. Menus and certain other links might not show up as contrasting.
Tip for finding links: Hover your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow".
