Who we work with and current contracts:

We sell business-to-business to commercial, healthcare, federal/state/local government, education, insurance, etc. organizations of all sizes and direct-to-consumers.

For federal government, we are in the middle of a multi-year BPA (H98210-23-A-0017) for Dragon, HP/Poly/Plantronics, SPS/Philips, OM Systems/Olympus, Adesso, Kinesis and more technology products.

For state government, we are in the middle of a multi-year State of NC statewide term contract (475B) for Durable Medical Equipment (vertical platform lifts, stair lifts, ramps, etc.) from Barrier Free Lifts and Harmar.

Technology:

  • Speech Recognition & Dictation

    • We have been working with dictation products since 1993 and have been Microsoft+Nuance partners since 1994.
      We are also partners for SPS/Philips, OM Systems/Olympus, SpeechWare, HP (formerly Poly/Plantronics/Polcom), and more.
    • We provide a variety of dictation products/services and are trained and certified in the installation, use and integration of these products. We provide remote/internet/phone and on-site and training and other services.
    • We offer: Nuance® Dragon® Medical One and Dragon® speech recognition software, microphones for speech recognition, recorders, transcription products, and accessories and replacement parts.

  • Automation & Technology

    • We provide automation and technology products, consulting and training. We'll recommend automated and manual solutions to your business issues and provide the products/services to bring these turn key solutions to life.
    • We provide automation products including dictation products, standard and standard/accessible/ergonomic input devices (keyboards, mice, keypads, etc.), Livescribe smartpens/notebooks,  ergonomic accessories (like armrests) and accessories, microphones for speech recognition, computer or telephony use, document imaging products, assistive technology and accessories and replacement parts

Accessibility:

  • Mobility & Access

    • A rewarding area of our business is providing physical products that aid mobility, provide access and help clients with transportation problems. We are dealers and, in some cases, distributors for a variety of mobility and accessibility products.
    • We provide demonstrations, evaluation, sales and distribution, installation and service for all of these products and others too numerous to list: patient ceiling and floor model lifts, vertical platform lifts, stair lifts for curved or straight stairs, bathing chairs and accessories, beach/all-terrain access products, door openers, other access products and accessories and replacement parts

  • Home Accessibility

    • We provide home modification or improvement with a focus on facilitating the installation of the mobility & access equipment we provide. With our specialty in handicap accessibility, universal design and aging-in-place, we work to help solve short-term and long-term needs for home access.
