Order via our Secure Web Site:

  • We accept payment via the following methods on the web site.
    • Choose "Credit Card" as your payment method to pay by one of these major Credit Cards:
      • American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Visa
    • Choose "Pay Pal" as your payment method to pay via various PayPal/Braintree methods.
      • Your PayPal account
      • PayPal credit - Pay for your purchase over time with PayPal credit.
        If you desire a payment plan or other financing/lease options, consider PayPal's "No Payments + No Interest if paid in full in 6 Months" credit terms.

    • Choose "Bank Deposit" or "Check" to receive instructions for these payment methods. 
      Your order will be held until payment is received. 
  • Our secure web site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect certain types of transmitted information. Credit card charges are processed in compliance with the PCI (Payment Card Industry) DSS (Data Security Standard) processes either in our own systems or using PayPal.

Order with a Purchase Order:

We accept Net 30 purchase orders from government entities, schools/universities, hospitals, insurance companies, medical practices, companies and other organizations in the United States. Prior to order acceptance/fulfillment, we will research organizations who have not purchased from us in the past and may require a credit application. You can fax or email your purchase order.  You can also enter an order electronically and choose "Check" or "Bank Deposit" as your payment method and then follow-up with your PO.  See our contact us link above for the fax number and email address. 

Order via a government/insurance/agency/funding-source or other purchasing/quoting/ordering system:

We are signed up with a variety of purchasing/quoting systems that are sometimes capable of issuing their own Purchase Orders. These range from federal/state/insurance/agency procurement systems/contracts/BPAs to Ariba quoting/ordering systems.  Please contact us if you are having any issues. 

We are in the USA SAM (System for Award Management) -- CAGE Code 4CVR6 -- and can accept orders/payments via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) systems.

We also work with a variety of government, agency, nonprofit and other organizational funding sources.  Just let us know what funding source you are working with and we will work with them through their process.

Order by Telephone

We are happy to take your order over the telephone. See our contact us link above for contact information. Our policies regarding payment methods accepted will apply.

International Orders

For some products, we are limited to selling in the United States. For other products, we are limited to selling in North America. And, there are a few products where we can sell internationally. If you are an international purchaser and have not ordered from us in the past, please contact us prior to attempting to purchase. We will not sell outside our manufacturer-assigned territory and will rigorously pre-screen any international order.

Gift Certificates

Individuals or organizations who wish to purchase products or services for others may either purchase the product/service directly for the end-user or may purchase a gift certificate for the end-user.  See our gift certificate pages for more info.


Pay by Check or Money Order

We are happy to accept payment by personal check, organizational check or money order but, as mentioned below, will wait for a check to clear before shipping the items. You can enter your order electronically and choose "Check" or "Bank Deposit" as your payment method and then follow-up with your payment.  We will most likely need to talk to you about your transaction to to discuss your order and we will need to wait for your payment. Pay by Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, etc. 

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, etc.
If you’d like to pay by one of these payment methods, we can send you a link to an electronic invoice where you can pay for the product directly through our credit card processor, PayPal/Braintree.  

Pay by Zelle

We accept Zelle to this email address: "Accounting at-sign Image-Management.com".

Pay by ACH, various government systems, etc.

For repeat purchasers such as federal/state government entities, insurance/government payers, companies, etc., we can set up to receive direct deposits via ACH. Please contact us for more information.


  • We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. 
  • Financing is also available through PayPal Credit through our web site or via a PayPal invoice/payment request. 
    • PayPal Credit offers a variety of financing terms/methods including "no interest if paid in full in 6 months."  For more information about PayPal Credit, go to www.paypalcredit.com.
    • How will you use PayPal Credit to pay for your purchase?
      • Web site product?
        • Choose the PayPal Credit payment method, as described above
      • Product/project on a custom quote from us?
        • If you are interested in using PayPal credit to pay for a product/project for which we created a custom quote, we will send you either a link to an www.Image-Management.com web site shopping cart pre-filled with your selected products or a PayPal invoice/payment request that allows you to pay the quote/invoice with PayPal Credit. 


Though we know that most of our purchasers/orders are legitimate, we always examine every transaction for possible fraud.

Our fraud detection methods and penalties include:

  • Researching all transactions programmatically and manually for possible fraud. We verify:
    • Purchase order and other order details including validity of parties/signatories.
    • Bill-to and Delivery addresses and phone numbers.
      • Unless we already know the purchaser, we do not allow first orders to be shipped to a different delivery address.
    • Credit card holder addresses and telephone numbers.
    • Email address validity.
  • We do charge late-payment fees and collection fees for late payments and lack of payment.
  • We will report and actively prosecute fraudulent purchases and baseless charge back purchases to authorities - local to us and in the states/countries of the perpetrator.
    • We will pursue collection of all fees (attorney, collection costs, court costs, collection, travel, late/no payment fees, etc.) related to prosecuting the fraudulent transaction and recouping the lost/stolen product.
  • We wait for personal checks to clear before shipping items.
  • We will use all means at our disposal to verify the order/orderer/payment, including methods not mentioned here.
  • We retain the right to refuse an order for any reason.
